When creating new credentials, a POST interface is missing.

Describe the bug

Environment http://allinone:30880

Preset conditions There is a devops 'dev1'

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to devops 'dev1'
2. Click on 'Create'
3. After enter name, click 'Select Code Repository'
4. Click 'GitLab'
5. Click 'Creat credentials'
6. After entering the credential information, click OK

Expected behavior Credential created successfully

Actual behavior a POST interface named 'credentials' is missing
