Cannot continue to edit pipeline (Jenkinsfile out of SCM)

First, I completed the first stage (Checkout SCM) and tested it. Everything worked perfectly. However, when I continued to finish editing pipeline, I found I just cannot save it. Clicking SAVE button doesn't response.
