Cache Auto Deploy branch and version info in files

We should cache the auto deploy brach and version info in files. Current way that depends on AUTO_DEPLOY_* CI variables are not stable as the deployment frequency increases because these variables will be overridden by subsequential auto deploy pipelines easily.
