Adjust e2e of code lines
What does this MR do and why?
Adjust e2e of code lines：
- Remove repository.rb in JH and add the related method in Upstream (This MR)
- Remove delay time in the test case, because I found it unnecessary, and other test cases similar to setting the feature flag are not added.
- Add Feature.disable in "after do".
