Resolve "Test coverage are not including JiHu cases result"

What does this MR do and why?

Fix JiHu test coverage issue.

How this happened

The Exit with correct exit code for undercoverage script commit raises an error and fails the pipeline if new codes are not covered. !690 (merged) is an example of undercoverage that is not working properly.

Solution

1. Override rspec:coverage in Jihu
2. Add Jihu spec jobs to rspec:coverage
