Skip runs Pages-specific pipeline testcase in prod pipeline for JH

What does this MR do and why?

Skip 'runs a Pages-specific pipeline' test case.

This case has always failed because of the bundle install timed out on prod pipeline，and Pages feature is not enable in JH.
