What does this MR do and why?

We have a upstream javascript error(see the fix MR https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/92746) that will make jh/app/assets/javascripts/pages/registrations/new/index.js break down if password complexity feature is not turned on, revert Merge branch 'chenge-registration-js-extend-source temporarily to wait https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/92746 to be fixed
