Resolve "fix upstream failed test"

Proposal

• add JH_related_spec: - 'we may enable above test after we turn off phone verification feature in upstream test' to the cases which may be removed from the skip list after we get !512 (merged) merged.
• Remove the specs which is not failed in JH anymore
• Add specs in JH if they are skipped.

For now, we don't need to add additional specs in JH. Cases with phone for login and sign-up are already covered in JH, we can re-check this after !512 (merged) is merged.
