Upstream Pipeline 代码中，添加了 E2E 测试 metadata 规范的检查 job（https://jihulab.com/gitlab-cn/gitlab/-/jobs/15569893 ）， JH 的 E2E 中，存在较多不符合这个规范的 case，导致 job 失败。

先跳过检查，以后处理 E2E 完毕后再启用。
