删除文件 jh/.gitlab/ci/test-metadata.gitlab-ci.yml。

在之前的 MR !2504 (merged) 中，我们添加了这个文件，用来临时解决 #4317 (closed) 问题。现在在 Upstream 的正式修复 Upstream MR!155534 已经同步过来，这个临时方案没有必要存在了。
