Add Team support of License/Plan/Feature.

• 从代码看，此 MR 添加 Team（团队版） 常量到 License、Plan 等文件中
• 从业务功能看，此 MR 加入了 Team Plan 的概念，在校验各类 Features 的权限时，会用到它。
  对 Free、Premium、Ultimate 用户不会产生影响。
• 此 MR 没有页面 UI 的变化。
