Introduce dangerfile prefix variable

What does this MR do and why?

because upstream mr https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/152943#note_1923034735

dangerfile component changes a little bit, so we need replace ci variable DANGER_DANGERFILE by variable DANGER_DANGERFILE_PREFIX
