Add a new AI provider ChatGLM.

Take the test file generated by AI as an example, replace OpenAI with ChatGLM.

Turn on Feature Flag:

Feature.enable(:ai_related_settings)
Feature.enable(:openai_experimentation)

Feature.enable(:generate_test_file_flag)

Setup ChatGLM Token:
