fix: pipeline failure of integration placeholder

What does this MR do and why?

Pipeline failed due to @jihu-fe/eslint rule: prefer ee other than ce

The current file imports content ~/integrations/constants which is a CE module, and since ee/integrations/constants also imports CE, we should import EE other than CE
