Temporarily fix the problem of task creation failure

It seems the upstream MR needs some time to solve the problem, we need to fix it in the JiHu edition first:

1. Revert these translations to English of WorkItem|* because it is used for the creation logic.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Open GDK, and change the language of the current user to Chinese.
2. Goto the issue show page.
3. Create a task for the issue, and it will be ok.
