Add JH integrations to usage data.

Before we add those changes

Request api/v4/usage_data/metric_definitions, returns metric_definitions__2_

After we add those changes

Request api/v4/usage_data/metric_definitions, returns metric_definitions__3_

The difference between the two files

metric_definitions__3_ has the data of jh integrations, such as dingtalk, ones, feishu, feishu_bot, metric_definitions__2_ does not.
