Improve Chinese translation on UI - 14.1

Background

The Chinese translation is not complete in JH version and CE/EE version.
We need to contribute for such translation issues, which can be categorized into 2 types:

1. some strings are not translated yet
2. some UI component's string is hardcoded, cannot be translated
