[Performance Analytics] Show the 'group/project' KPI card

User Story

1. As a user:

I want to see the issues closed card on the Performance Analytics page.

So that I can see the issues closed count in the selected time period.

2. As a user:

I want to see the commits pushed card on the Performance Analytics page.

So that I can see the commits count to all branches in the selected time period.

3. As a user:

I want to see the merged MRs card on the Performance Analytics page.

So that I can see the merged MRs count in the selected time period.

4. As a user:

I want to see the code commits per capita card on the Performance Analytics page.
