[Performance Analytics] Filtering data by project name

User Story

1. As a user:

I want to see the project name selector on the group Performance Analytics page.

So that I can filter Performance Analytics data by project name.

2. As a user:

I want to see the project selector's default value is NONE.

So that I can see all project Performance Analytics data under the group.

3. As a user:

I want to have a "Clear All" item in the project selector.

So that I can reset the value of the selector to NONE.
