2. Fill the register table and enter 111111 as code.
3. Directly click the register button.

What is the expected correct behavior?

如果用户刷新或者回退到注册页面，电话号码没有被绑定或者格式正确的情况下按钮不应该被置灰，而是依然可以点击供用户完成注册绑定的工作
