Add overseas countries and China provinces in Ultimate trial process

Problem to solve

Since some of our SaaS POC customers have employees from overseas countries, we need to add overseas coutries while applying the Ultimate trial.

Proposal

Reuse the Country drop-down to select from a list of countries.
Also add the Province drop-down if the selected country is China.
