MIssing customer_license_support_url of JiHu

There is a link in SaaS : https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000071293

But I don't find a link in https://support.gitlab.cn to this.

So I suppose we need one. Could you offer or ask someone to offer this please so that I could update this to our SaaS.
