Problem

  1. The Community forum link is https://forum.gitlab.com which should be https://forum.gitlab.cn
  2. The Contribute to GitLab link is https://about.gitlab.com/contributing which should be https://about.gitlab.cn/contributing
  3. The Switch to GitLab Next link is https://next.gitlab.com/ which shoud be https://next.gitlab.cn/
