极狐-gitlab-15.1.x-设置Redirect /help pages 页面跳转404

Summary

• 版本：极狐gitlab-15.1.5～15.2.3
• 问题：配置Documentation pages URL，为docs.gitlab.com后，/help页面所有链接无法正确跳转，全部404，url中应该为ee的地方变成了jh，导致访问404.

Steps to reproduce

设置：menu - settings - preferences - Sign-in and Help page. - Documentation pages URL ，配置https://docs.gitlab.com
