GitLab 15.1 feature 验证 - Geo replication 不支持OCI标准镜像同步

在GitLab 15.1 feature里，提到了支持OCI格式的镜像同步，在实际验证过程中发现并不支持；

Steps to reproduce

搭建一个Geo环境，确保同步状态是healthy，然后向示例container registry里推送一个OCI格式的镜像，然后查看Geo同步状态。 推送一个docker格式的镜像，再查看Geo同步状态。
