Optimize some information displayed in Gitlab Jihu

Some messages in Jihu doesn't seem to be correct.

• 1. Wrong ultimate trial hint. This not appears in latest codes

• 2. In Project Settings -> Repository, there is also a trial hint at the end of the Repository Settings page.

• 3. In the sign in page of SaaS, the message is the default "self managed". Though the message can be changed in admin settings, I wonder if there is a default message for SaaS version. see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-jh/gitlab/-/issues/168 we can change the descriptions of SaaS in Admin area
