The former inline-codequality feature was enhanced to
support multiple scanners. To let the naming reflect that
this commit refactors the former code_quality_gutter_icon
component to inline_findings_gutter_icon component.

This change is a refactor to not leave "bad examples" in the test
code wrongly restoring `window.gon` to its previous states
unnecessarily.
